How to use Recurl, and how to get in touch with us.
Contact us in the app (recommended)
You can send a question, feedback, or a bug report from Settings → Support inside the app. Your app version and device information are attached automatically, so this is the fastest way to reach us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my data stored?
Task names, completion dates, notes, and any attached files are all stored on your device. No account is required. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How much can I use for free?
There are limits on how many tasks and categories you can register for free. If you'd like to go beyond those limits, Premium (monthly or annual) is available. Check the in-app purchase screen to see whether a free trial is available and what conditions apply.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the subscription management screen of the store you purchased through (App Store or Google Play). Premium features stay available until the end of the current billing period.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Please check that notifications for Recurl are allowed in your device's notification settings. If that doesn't fix it, contact us from Settings → Support in the app, or by email.
If I switch to a new device, will my records carry over?
Records are stored only on your device, so the current version can't transfer them automatically. We're planning a workspace feature that will let you share tasks across multiple devices and people in the future.
How do I request that my records be deleted?
You can delete data on your device anytime from the in-app settings. To request deletion of information you've already sent us through the contact feature, please email us at the address above.
